OFF GRID TREE HOUSE TRAVEL VIDEO
We pulled the canoe onto the shore and made ourselves at home. We bathed in the river, made food by the fire and used candles, torches and a handy flashlight at night to light the way. The two days were spent swimming, walking through the woods, reading and capturing the experience. Although the weather man forecasted rain, somehow it held up for quite some time. We did enjoy a beautiful lightening storm show on our anniversary night. It was very theatrical.
We brought lots of vegetables, fruits and ingredients to work with. We cooked and made delicious feasts on the little burner in the tree house and outside, over the fire. It felt like we had jumped back in time to when things were way more simple, when time went by slowly and when the little things were enjoyed and appreciated. It was an experience we will never forget and a place we will always remember. We returned to “the real world” reassured, simple is the way to go. See what happens next on our adventure here!
