GLUTEN FREE BANANA BREAD RECIPE
Gluten Free Banana Bread Recipe:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Finely grind raw organic flax seeds
- Mix with water and let thicken for 5 minutes
- In the meantime, blend bananas until smooth
- Add in the coconut oil and almond or cashew milk
- Mix ingredients until smooth
- Mix rice flour, flax seed, baking powder and salt
- Add dry mix gradually to the wet mix while stirring
- Lightly grease a deep baking pan with coconut oil
- Pour in the banana bread mixture
- Bake for 1 hour or until the top forms a nice crust

- 2 tablespoons raw organic flax seeds
- 5 tablespoons of water
- 1.5 bananas
- 1.5 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
- .5 teaspoons salt
- 12 tablespoons almond or cashew milk
- 12 tablespoons rice flour
- A coffee grinder or blender
