These mini quiches are the perfect finger food and they are so delicious, we can never eat just one. They are great to share and we also highly recommend these little fancy treats for parties or get-togethers. Enjoy our mini spinach mushroom tomato quiche recipe below!

The Lills Food Mini Mushroom Mozzarella Tomato Spinach Quiches

To make Mini Spinach Mushroom Tomato Quiche:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Line muffin tins with pie crust
  • Poke holes on bottoms with a fork
  • Bake for 10 minutes
  • Place 4 mozzarella cheese pearls (balls) in each
  • Add wilted spinach, sweated onions, diced tomato, sliced mushrooms and egg mixture to each
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes
  • Let cool and serve warm

To make Quiche egg mixture:

  • Wisk eggs, cream, milk, salt, pepper, dill in a large bowl


  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon organic dried dill
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fine ground sea salt
  • 2 pastry crust shells
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup wilted spinach
  • 1 small diced tomato
  • 1 cup mozzarella pearls
  • 2 tablespoons butter
