THE ART OF DISCIPLINE

Discipline is the art of looking back at what one does to one’s self and applying corrective measures to achieve peace in an area of disorder (i.e. stop smoking, start walking, create less waste, eat healthier food, etc.). Discipline brings us closer to the better versions of ourselves…and we can always get better.

With self-control and self-discipline, we can all learn to stray away from negative energies, avoid temptations and rewire our brains to recognize the difference between good and evil. It takes practice and repetition, but if we can overcome ourselves, then the true healing can begin.

We can all learn the ways of our energy, how to control it, harness it, release it and regenerate it. We can teach ourselves to overcome obstacles, to have care for our bodies and our minds, to care for others and our environment.
