We love Kale. It comes in a couple different varieties, all that come with super strong anti-cancer properties. When it comes to making Kale Chips, we prefer Lacinato Kale. It has deep roots in Italian cuisine, particularly Tuscany, hence its common name – Tuscan Kale. Enjoy our Spiced Kale Chips Recipe below!

Spiced Kale Chips Recipe | The Lills Food | Alex and Lara Lill

To make Spiced Kale Chips (1 bunch):

  1. Take a leaf of kale and remove the thick center stem (split the leaf in half for chip-strips)
  2. Toss the leaves in 1 tbs. of olive oil, 1 tbs. of lemon juice and your choice of dry spices
  3. Lay the leaves flat on a baking sheet
  4. Bake at 300 for 8-10 minutes or until crispy

  • 1 tbs. of lemon juice
  • Your choice of dry spices
