SPICED KALE CHIPS RECIPE
- Take kale leaves and remove the thick center stems so you have strips
- Toss the leaves in the olive oil, lemon juice and your choice of dry spices
- Lay the leaves flat on a baking sheet
- Bake at 300 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until crispy
- A bunch of Lacinato/Tuscan kale
- 1 tbs. of olive oil
- 1 tbs. of lemon juice
