RESCUING A 1961 GM NEW LOOK BUS – PART 3
We couldn’t afford new tires or the other fixes that would allow us to drive the bus out of there safely, but we were able to affordably ship the bus to the location where we could begin working on transforming it into our home on wheels. We were amazed by the kindness of others and excited about the new friendships that we had made. We found a group of people who would soon become our bus family and gift us with the space, tools and knowledge to make our dream come true!
