Potato packets are a favorite of ours. We’ve been making them together for years and we still make them today. If you haven’t tried them, we’d say it’s time. They are so easy to make, absolutely delicious and they can be cooked on the grill or in the oven. You can also add other veggies like peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, carrots and more!
