A few years ago we learned about pH levels in the body. Dr. Otto Warburg was awarded the Nobel Prize for his research on cancer and he put forth the idea that the root cause of cancer is acidicy levels in the body. He and a famed physician, Max Gerson, explained that if the body is at a pH level above 7.365, no disease can exist.

We experimented on our own and had an absolute blast going from acidic to alkaline. By choosing naturally alkaline foods, we slowly saw and felt the difference. By spitting or peeing on pH strips, we could read our levels and watch them change. Kits are sold online too, which makes it easy to try at home.

It’s become a routine of ours to drink water with fresh squeezed lemon throughout the day. It pushes out toxins and hydrates the body, as well as alkalizes it. Someone also told us about a remedy that prevents, fights and cures cancer. One cup of water + 2 tablespoons of baking soda + 1 tablespoon of molasses, three times a day, is supposed to be the ticket and studies have proven it works.
