The Lills Food Gluten Free Eggless Vegan Banana Bread

To make Gluten Free Banana Bread:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Finely grind raw organic flax seeds
  3. Mix with water and let thicken for 5 minutes
  4. In the meantime, blend bananas until smooth
  5. Add in the coconut oil, baking powder, salt and almond or cashew milk
  6. Mix ingredients until smooth
  7. Add in the flax seed mixture
  8. Add in the rice flour gradually
  9. Grease a deep baking pan with coconut oil
  10. Pour in the banana bread mixture
  11. Bake for 1 hour or until the top forms a nice crust

Gluten Free Banana Bread Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons raw organic flax seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1.5 bananas
  • 1.5 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • .5 teaspoons salt
  • 12 tablespoons almond or cashew milk
  • 12 tablespoons rice flour
  • A coffee grinder or blender
