GARLIC STUFFED ARTICHOKES RECIPE

We used to always boil our artichokes and whip up some classic hollandaise sauce, but recently we’ve enjoyed baking the hearty vegetables. With a simple recipe including only a few ingredients, we’ve found we don’t even need a sauce for these tasty pieces of art.

Baked Garlic Stuffed Artichoke Recipe (for 4):

  1. Wash four artichokes
  2. Slice the tips of the artichokes off with a knife
  3. Squeeze a lemon quarter over each slice
  4. Drizzle a teaspoon of olive oil over each slice
  5. Finish with a pinch of sea salt over each slice
  6. Put the artichokes into a deep pan and cover
  7. Pop the covered pan into the oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour (or until fork sticks threw bottom easily)
  8. Plate and enjoy

Baked Garlic Stuffed Artichoke Ingredients:

  • 4 large artichokes
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 4 pinches of sea salt
  • A deep pan with cover
  • An oven
