GARLIC STUFFED ARTICHOKES RECIPE
- Wash four artichokes
- Slice the tips of the artichokes off with a knife
- Squeeze a lemon quarter over each artichoke
- Stuff a peeled clove of garlic into the center
- Drizzle a teaspoon of olive oil over each slice
- Finish with a pinch of sea salt over each slice
- Put the artichokes into a deep pan and cover
- Pop the covered pan into the oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour (or until fork sticks threw bottom easily)
- Plate and enjoy
