Mangos have to be one of our favorite fruits and replacements for refined sugary treats. They help digestion, lower cholesterol, alkalize the body and boost the immune system. Mangos are full of beta-carotene (a powerful antioxidant), Vitamin C and A, which makes them great for the skin, internally and externally. There’s just so much to love about them.
