COCONUTS
In one form or another we use coconut almost every day. Rather than using butter, we use coconut oil when cooking. We use it to moisturize our skin, as a sweetener and enjoy eating it raw and mixed with nuts. We use coconut milk in place of cow’s milk, coconut flour instead of all purpose flour and we love true coconut water. Coconuts are high in fat and fiber, they aid muscle growth, are a great source of electrolytes and improves digestion. Enjoy our coconut posts and recipes below!
