One of our favorite superfoods is asparagus because it’s chock full of nutrients like vitamins, fiber and folate (helps DNA repair). Asparagus is great for the heart, sperm, colon, fetal development and the list goes on. People have been cultivating this vegetable for over 2,000 years for it’s aphrodisiac and medicinal properties.
