Arugula is a peppery tasting leafy green we can’t get enough. We love that it has a bite and is great to throw into salad mixes. Arugula is full of antioxidants, minerals and vitamins. It boosts the immune system, helps keep skin healthy and improves eyesight. It fights free radicals, helps control blood pressure, strengthens bones and provides antioxidants and folic acid.
