EDAMAME WITH PARMESAN AND SESAME SEED RECIPE

We love edamame. It’s such an easy snack and we know a recipe that elevates the little beans. With a toss in olive oil, sprinkle of cheese and sesame seeds, they are transformed into a delicious treat. Enjoy our edemame with parmesan and seseame seed recipe below!

 
Edamame Snack Recipe | The Lills Food

Edamame With Parmesan + Sesame Seed Recipe:

  • Cook and shell edemame or use frozen unshelled edamame and thaw
  • Toss in olive oil
  • Toss in parmesan cheese
  • Toss in sesame seeds
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is slightly browning
  • Sprinkle on sea salt and serve warm

  • 1 bag frozen edamame
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • pinch of sea salt
