EARLY MORNING GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE

When the two of us wake up super early, before the sun comes up, our tummies are not ready for a heavy meal. Instead, we pack a bunch of nutrients, good oils and antioxidants into a delicious green smoothie for two! The coconut flakes on top promote chewing, which kick-starts our digestive enzymes. Early Morning Green Smoothie Recipe | The Lills Food

Early Morning Green Smoothie Recipe:
  • Blend 2 small bananas, 1 cup of spinach, 1 strawberry, 1 tablespoon of almond butter and 1/4 cup water
  • Top with coconut flakes and serve!
  • For a cold refreshing green smoothie, substitute water with 1/4 cup (or more) of ice

Early Morning Green Smoothie Ingredients:

  • 2 small organic bananas
  • 1 organic strawberry
  • 1 tablespoon organic almond butter
  • 1 cup organic spinach
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes for topping
  • 1/4 cup water
