While sitting out in the sun one day, we snipped a few of our homegrown herbs and thought to dry them. We brought the leaves into the kitchen, put them on a cooking sheet and into the oven. Once dried, we softly crumbled the basil, parsley and sage leaves into an herb mix, perfect for cooking.
