by | 2017 | Coconut, Food, Garlic, Olive Oil, Paprika, Sea Salt, Squash, The Lills

We picked up some squash that we had never eaten or cooked with before, called Delicata Squash. It’s also known as Bohemian or Peanut squash and is a winter vegetable that is cream colored, has green stripes and great texture. It is so easy to work with, the meat is starchy and it literally melts in your mouth. Enjoy our delicious Delicata Squash Rings Recipe below! Also, save the seeds and use the Squash Seed Recipe too!
