Baked Cauliflower Recipe:

  • Boil whole cauliflower head in 1 inch of boiling water for 10 minutes
  • Cover in melted coconut oil, sea salt, cayenne pepper and hazelnut flour
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until browning
  • Cut in pieces and serve
