ALMOND DATE ROLLS RECIPE
As some of you may know, almonds are a super healthy and a natural snack. What you may not know, is that if you have a headache, you an eat them for the vitamin B2 (riboflavin) and relieve pain. Also, almonds aren’t actually nuts, they’re seeds from the fruit of the Almond tree. Try adding these tasty seeds to your salad or blend them and some dates together to make the amazing date rolls we love oh so much (see below)!
Dates have supposedly been cultivated since 6000 B.C., so you know they’ve got to be good for you! It’s a sweet fruit full of copper, fiber, potassium and magnesium (a natural anti-inflammatory). We enjoy them as a snack raw or dried, on salads and with bananas.
