5 MINUTES BEFORE SLEEPING
Oftentimes, we’ll go over (and over) all the strenuous challenges that we’re facing, just before falling asleep. These negative thoughts trigger the subconscious to create a labyrinth of fears and dismay for the remainder of our sleeping hours. This is time that can instead, be dedicated to healing and creating a better tomorrow.
We are learning to practice releasing those holds by triggering our subconscious minds with helpful, fulfilling thoughts and commands. You can think anything you want, your subconscious is listening, but remember to keep your focus on the positive side.
Becoming aware of the five minutes before falling asleep has changed the way we go to bed and wake in the morning. We fill ourselves with goals and affirmations, as we let go of the reigns and allow our subconscious to take over. We wake brighter and more centered, since having practiced this method and it is one of the many ways we can direct our subconscious mind to assist us in everyday life.
