5 MINUTES BEFORE SLEEPING

by | 2018 | Inspiration, The Lills

The subconscious mind works through our thoughts and feelings and drives many of our actions and behaviors. It is particularly active in times like sleeping, which is why the last 5 minutes before falling asleep are so important.

Oftentimes, we’ll go over (and over) all the strenuous challenges that we’re facing, just before falling asleep. These negative thoughts trigger the subconscious to create a labyrinth of fears and dismay for the remainder of our sleeping hours. This is time that can instead, be dedicated to healing and creating a better tomorrow.

5 Minutes Before Sleeping Method | Subconscious Tool | The Lills

We are learning to practice releasing those holds by triggering our subconscious minds with helpful, fulfilling thoughts and commands. You can think anything you want. Your subconscious is listening.

Becoming aware of the five minutes before falling asleep has changed the way we go to bed and wake in the morning. We fill ourselves with goals and affirmations, as we let go of the reigns and allow our subconscious to take over. We wake brighter and more centered, since having practiced this method and it is one of the many ways we can direct our subconscious mind to assist us in everyday life.
